Privacy at The Ranch at Delaware Creek

Information you provide

When you send a message, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, home interest and message you provide so the project team can respond. We also retain limited source-page, referrer-path and campaign information to understand how the inquiry reached us.

Analytics

The public website uses privacy-limited Google Analytics measurement with analytics storage, advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalization disabled. Google Analytics cookies and device identifiers are not read or written. We send only the page path, the referring site's origin and strictly limited campaign labels; names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text and private URL queries are never sent. Analytics is not loaded on administrator or preview pages, when Global Privacy Control is enabled, or after you turn it off below.

Abuse prevention

We use reCAPTCHA Enterprise and a salted, pseudonymous hash of the connecting address to protect the form from abuse. The Ranch at Delaware Creek does not use this information for advertising.

How information is used

Your information is used only to respond to your request, maintain an accurate message record and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell personal information or enroll messages in a marketing list.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from submission, and messages classified as spam are retained for up to 90 days. To request access or verified deletion sooner, contact the project team through the form.

Service providers

Render hosts the application and database, Mailgun sends transactional notifications, and Google provides reCAPTCHA Enterprise, privacy-limited analytics and administrator authentication. Each provider processes limited information needed to perform its service.
